01. Personal Postnatal Assessment

In the first week, we'll start with a 1:1 virtual Mummy MOT / postnatal check with a perinatal physiotherapist to discuss your birth, your recovery, discuss any concerns you have and any goals you want to achieve and then we'll create a personalised plan that’s right for you.

02. Weekly Live Pilates Class

Build strength back up with weekly Pilates sessions designed specifically for postnatal recovery. You’ll rebuild your core, improve posture, and reconnect with your body in a fun, encouraging environment. Can’t make it live? No worries — every class is recorded so you can move at your own pace.


03. Community Support

Stay connected every day with a private WhatsApp group where you can ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement from other mums who you wouldn't have met otherwise. You’ll never feel alone on this journey.

04. Five Community Group Calls

My absolute passion is helping Mums recover physically and mentally in the early days post birth

As a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Pre & Postnatal Specialist, I created this six-week online postnatal course so every woman can access affordable, physio-led postnatal support immediately after giving birth — no waiting lists, no confusion, just clear, caring guidance and a supportive community.

My mission is to ensure no woman ever feels alone after birth again. I want every new mum to feel strong, supported, and confident in her body — ready to move, and live fully again.

FAQs

How long is the Course?

The course is 6 weeks long, and this course starts w/c 3rd November

What if I can't make the Live Sessions?

No problem, the Pilates sessions and the groups calls and webinars will be recorded for you to catch up in your own time. Or for you to do the pilates classes multiple times :-)

When will the sessions be?

When you sign up, you will get the opportunity to book your own appointment for your first 1:1 in the first week, whenever fits in with you. The Pilates classes will then be on Wednesdays and the Webinars on Tuesdays

Will you be able to assess me properly over video?

Absolutely, it will be like a full virtual Mummy MOT, we can go through your birth, your symptoms, assess you functionally over video and I will give you a personalised rehab plan

What does the personalised rehab plan contain?

It will contain exercises based on our assessment of your current progress, lifestyle advice, pelvic floor advice. It will be a programme designed for you as well as having the group sessions and community

Why is it so cheap for 6 weeks and 1:1 sessions?

Because my first goal is to help all women gain access to postnatal care. I don't want it to be expensive because I want anyone to be able to join and have help with their recovery
